Bridgwater College - Progression into Culinary Careers DescriptionTHIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING PROGRESSION TO CULINARY CAREERS AT BRIDGWATER COLLEGE The course fees support students in developing their culinary skills and confidence through hands-on kitchen experience and industry exposure. They cover essential ingredients, kitchen supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE) like chef whites and aprons, as well as costs for attending food shows, festivals and other industry events. A payment of £185 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full prior to the course starting in September, however, you can also pay in two instalments of £92.50 each by this deadline.
