Bridgwater College - Introduction to Culinary Skills - Full DescriptionTHIS IS FOR STUDENTS STUDYING INTRODUCTION TO CULINARY SKILLS AT BRIDGWATER COLLEGE The course fees support students in developing their culinary skills and confidence through hands-on kitchen experience and industry exposure. They cover essential ingredients, kitchen supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE) like chef whites and aprons, as well as costs for attending food shows, festivals, and other industry events. A payment of £215 is required to cover these costs and should be paid in full prior to the course starting, however, you can also pay in two instalments of £107.50 each by this deadline. Students receiving a Learning Support Fund (LSF) may have some or all costs covered by their bursary.
